Welcome new parishioners! Paper registration forms are available at the Office durning open hours! (Monday- Thursday 8:30 - 3:30 & Friday, 8:30 - 12) & Online (click here for form)
Registration helps us to serve you! For example, when issuing letters verifying you are an active parishioner in connection with sponsorship of Baptism, Confirmation or Matrimony. Please complete the registration form below, or print the form and return to the Church Office.
